Single Family Homes

This past week, 40 new listings, were not good, and ranging in price from $470K to $15.25M! 28 different properties are under contract, and 29 are pending.

In July, the # of new listings was down 28% vs. a year ago, wow! Our inventory situation is getting worse, not better.

Another poor week with 41 homes sold, ranging from $340K to $16.2M! Closed sales are down 21% vs. a year ago! The total # of units sold in July was 327, while there are thousands of licensed agents in Boca.
 

Condos and Townhomes

68 new listings, ranging from $120 Grand to $6.5 Million. Just 33 different properties under contract, and 26 going pending. Only 55 closed sales this week, also not good, and ranging in price from $90K to $2.7M.
