Single Family Homes

This past week, 70 new listings, that's pretty good, and ranging in price from $429K to $15M! 27 different properties under contract, and 25 going pending. Those are our leading indicators, so not good. And a new normal week with 55 homes sold, ranging from $395K to $16.2M!
 

Condos and Townhomes

56 new listings, and ranging from $130 Grand to $4.35 Million. And another bad week, with just 31 different properties under contract, and 38 going pending. 68 closed sales this week, also not great, and ranging in price from $85K to $5.4M.
