Single Family Homes

This past week, 62 new listings are decent, ranging in price from $410K to $15.5M! 16 different properties under contract, and 23 going pending, the lowest I've ever seen!. As a leading indicator, that's a sign of worse news to come. And an avg week with 61 homes sold, ranging from $441K to $2.45M!
 

Condos and Townhomes

76 new listings, not bad, and ranging from $130 Grand to $3 Million. And another poor week, with just 26 different properties under contract, and 37 going pending. 53 closed sales this week, also not good, and ranging in price from $135K to $3.2M.
