Single Family Homes

This past week, 58 new listings, that's decent, and ranging in price from $345K to $14M! 37 different properties under contract, and 22 going pending, a slight iprovement over the last couple of weeks!. And an avg week with 44 homes sold, ranging from $410K to $10M!
 

Condos and Townhomes

70 new listings, not bad, and ranging from $155 Grand to $6.5 Million. And another poor week, with 35 different properties under contract, and 32 going pending. 61 closed sales this week, also not good, and ranging in price from $100K to $3.1M.
