Single Family Homes and Condos/Townhomes Update

In the world of South Florida real estate, the past week brought a mixed bag of developments for both single-family homes and condos/townhomes. Let's dive into the numbers and see what's been happening.
 

Single Family Homes: A Glance at the Market

This past week, 81 new listings, that's more like it, and ranging in price from $485K to $33.5M - that's for a 15,000 SF mansion on what is essentially a private island in the Intracoastal! 19 different properties under contract, and 23 going pending, another pitiful week! And an avg week with 42 homes sold, ranging from $494K to $5.4M!
 

Condos and Townhomes: A Market Snapshot

Also 81 new listings, thta's decent, and ranging from $84 Grand to $8.95 Million. And terrible week, with just 22 different properties under contract, and 17 going pending. 41 closed sales this week, also not good, and ranging in price from $128K to $2.25M!
